Ovvero il grado che potrei potenzialmente scalare in base alle mie qualità fisiche.

m'è venuta voglia di provarlo, nel week end vedo se riesco anche se non si coordina molto con la scheda che sto seguendo... (cioè, se lo faccio il giorno di riposo, non è che poi sia vero riposo... e nella settimana di scarico mi è proibito toccare il trave

però mi pare un test che dia poco "peso" alla forza di dita.
Cioè, anche facendo schifo di dita (zero punti), con la forza media di un calistenico/crossfitter/palestrato si supera il 7a
(6 punti per trazione 150%, toste nulla di eclatante; 6 punti per 20 secondi L-sit, anche qui niente di impossibile; anche solo 1 minuto appeso alla sbarra sono 2 punti e arriviamo a 14... un mirabolante 7b senza tenersi nemmeno 5 secondi alla lista... metto le mani avanti ma con questo test mi sa che mi salta fuori un NUMERO pieno di differenza col mio grado in falesia
